Personal expenses are paid separately and may include:

• any custom additions requested for your experience

Every expense is discussed and approved before your experience is confirmed.

Experience Duration

Most Macchiato Flame experiences unfold over two to six thoughtfully curated hours, depending on the experience you’ve designed.

Longer experiences may be arranged upon request.

Complimentary Follow-Up

Every Flame includes one optional 10-minute follow-up conversation before your experience.

Use this time to:

• ask final questions

• confirm wardrobe choices

• discuss practical details

• make final adjustments
