The Macchiato Signature service fee covers the planning, personalization, reservation management, and preparation of your experience.

Personal expenses are paid separately and may include:

• meals and beverages

• hotel accommodations (when applicable)

• transportation

• admission tickets

• parking

• personal purchases

Every expense is discussed before your experience and is never included without your approval.

Experience Duration

Most Macchiato Signatures unfold over two to six thoughtfully curated hours, depending on the experience you’ve selected.

Some moments don’t need an entire weekend.

Sometimes, one beautiful afternoon is enough.

Complimentary Follow-Up

Every Signature includes one optional 5-minute follow-up conversation before your experience.

This gives you the opportunity to:

• ask final questions

• clarify wardrobe choices

• discuss any last-minute details
